Feeder service mode:

Station on-site service: We provide total solution for your all feeders within a service or support contract for clients who wish to outsource maintenance of feeders.

Station on-site service process:

Periodic service: We also provide in-house support and maintenance of feeders on demand.

Level A : (Over-All maintain)This level maintains will dis-assemble all the parts of feeders to do the detail cleaning and defect parts replacement, and finish with detail calibration. Each feeder need about 1 hour / engineer work.

Level A Feeder Maintenance Process:

Level B: (Basic cleaning and calibration maintain)
This level will only apply the feeder jig calibration and the outlook cleaning, it takes 15 to 20 minutes per feeder per engineer work.
